March 03 afternoon / night Gale Warning effect

From NOAA Weather, Friday morning, March 03:

“LAKESHORE FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 4 AM EST SATURDAY
East to northeast gales of around 35 knots with gusts of 45 to 50 knots and waves of 6 to 11 feet are anticipated in the western basin of Lake Erie this afternoon and evening. As a result, water levels at Toledo may rise to 80 inches above low water datum late this afternoon into this evening. This may cause flooding of marinas and other low-lying areas around Metzer Marsh.”

Kinda a repeat of the big flood of Spring 2021 (Memorial Day Weekend?), except the Lake Water level is down from the record highs that year.

This, along with all the chocolate milk flowing in from the Maumme, Portage, and Sandusky Rivers should really muddy up the Western Basin for some time (saw the Maumee yesterday – high flow and really muddy).

Yuk.
